Project scope and fees are agreed upfront. Deliverables include professional advice but exclude implementation and post-project support unless specified. Either party may cancel with 30 days' notice. Deposits are non-refundable.
All sales of digital products are final. You receive instant access upon payment and a licence to use products for your own business only. Redistribution and reselling are prohibited. Refund requests within 28 days of download will be considered.
Payment by card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Consultancy invoices are due within 30 days.
Joe Wills Ltd retains ownership of all methodologies and frameworks. You keep ownership of your data and grant us permission to use it for project delivery.
We aren't liable for loss of profits, business, or results from third-party tools. AI and SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We don't guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue improvements.
English law applies. Disputes are handled by English courts.
